My Family and I have rented several different homes on Smith Mountain Lake for our family vacation through Lake Retreat Properties and have ALWAYS had our expectations EXCEEDED! The first year we locked the keys in the boat house at the house and they were very quick to bail us out! Last year they called 2 days before we came down from CT to let us know the house was available 2 nights early which we wanted to take advantage of and they made sure we could get keys even though we were to arrive after 10PM.
